Shipping terms and conditions:
DHDsurf.eu undertakes to ship any order placed before 2pm on the same day.
Example: An order placed on a Monday evening or Tuesday before 2pm will be shipped on Tuesday and delivered to your home on Wednesday or Thursday at the latest.
The tracking number will be given to you after the shipment and will remain available on your DHDsurf.eu customer account, undertakes to respect the shipment date.
Packages are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays: we also surf on weekends!

Absence at the time of delivery:
A delivery notice will be left for you, inviting you to pick up your package at a Geodis partner office or a relay point near you.

No compensation may be claimed if an item cannot be delivered: whether as a result of strikes, accidents, natural disasters or any other causes beyond our control.
The withdrawal period is 14 days.
